We will match or beat any competitors' offer. We have a simple step by step approach, after receiving your drawing and inquiry.
a) device drawing review and consultation with customer regarding the application and the many socketing options available.
b) construct a quote with the following information
1) manufacturer and socket part number
2) description/explanation of test socket
3) mechanical drawing of the socket along with the PCB footprint
4) a copy of the customer's device drawing
5) cost broken down by quantity
Value Added Services
In addition to our $800,000 of test socket inventory, we have access to all our manufacturers' inventory plus several other sources. We strive to meet your delivery goals by supporting you through our own in house stock and other sources.
Modified Sockets and Custom Test Sockets
If we determine that no viable socket exist through all available test socket manufacturers, we have two options:
A) We modify an existing socket to accommodate your device. This is the fastest and least expensive option.
B) Through sources such as Aries Electronics, Plastronics and QMS we have access to provide reasonable pricing for a semi-custom socket solution.
C) In some cases, such as with our hybrid semiconductor customers, our only option is a fully designed and produced custom socket. Through the services of QMS, Phoenix Precision Inc. and RS Tech Inc., we can provide a fully custom test socket per your requirement.
